  • 6 x 90 min virtual webinars
  • 4 x 60 min virtual 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Purposeful Leadership - Articulating your Vision, Mission and Values
  • Authentic Leadership - Modelling Inclusive and Empathetic Leadership
  • Visible Leadership - Closing the Confidence Gap and Self-advocacy
  • Courageous Leadership - Developing Communication Skills and Difficult Conversations
  • Strategic Leadership - Creating Impact and Legacy through Change Management
  • Ambitious Leadership - Preparing for Interviews and Application Skills

Programme Leader, Session Host and Lead Coach:

  • Hannah Wilson - former Executive Headteacher, leadership consultant, DEI trainer and Executive coach and mentor. Co-founder of #WomenEd and #DiverseEd. Hannah launched this programme through the DfE Diversity and Equality Grants in 2016 and has run several successful cohorts since.

Existing and aspiring leaders who are hitting glass ceilings concrete ceilings in the school system.
