Peri + Menopause Yoga Workshop
A Yoga class exploring various techniques, designed to help ease the symptoms and overwhelm of the natural shift of Peri and Menopause.
Equip yourself with a toolkit to relieve the symptoms of this natural & transformative stage of life.
There is a natural decline in Oestrogen, Progesterone and Testosterone production during peri-menopause, causing hormone imbalance that impacts all the systems of the body.
We can't change this; however, we can use yoga techniques including breath, postures, strength & mindfulness to support our nervous system, aid bone health and reduce overwhelm. Come along and find out how.
Led by experienced yoga teacher Sarah, whose ongoing journey of studying the human body and holistic mind-body wellness guides her teaching practice. Sarah's teaching integrates mindful breathing, intentional movement, and conscious presence. Her classes aim to help students build physical resilience, strength, and a sense of inner calm, while nurturing a stronger mind-body connection.
Expect a yoga class designed especially to offer tools and techniques that can be used at home, practices that can help improve nervous system regulation and ease the symptoms of peri + menopause.
Enjoy restorative poses, a flowing sequence, strength & balance ideas, breath awareness, all to help with the various individual and shared symptoms associated with peri & meno pause.

Closing with a nurturing relaxation, and a nutritious 'bliss ball' on offer to complete the experience!
All equipment provided, just wear comfortable clothes, bring some water and come along - as you are.
Sol Seek studio is positioned in the quiet creekside location of Mylor, it offers a welcoming and calming space for a truly comfortable class. Make a morning of it and enjoy a drink afterwards in the neighbouring cafe.
