About me

I'm a certified Level 2 Exercise to music trainer and currently teach fun dance wellness classes that explore the traditional African style of moving your body called 'twerking'. Samba is a huge passion of mine and has totally transformed my mind, body and soul. I want to be able to help other people find joy in samba and enjoy moving their bodies.

When you learn to samba, I want you to remember that each step is a celebration and each jiggle a declaration of joy. With me you'll learn not just the moves but the language of happiness, as you immerse yourself in the festive spirit of Brazilian rhythms.
