How do I find the group?

Accepted Answer

You will be shared the exact meeting location by WhatsApp or email a few days before  and have a direct contact with the facilitator to be able to reach out and find them. Don't worry - if you get lost, we will find ya and you can call us!

What if I am shy and nervous coming?

Accepted Answer

We all feel nervous coming to any space for the first time! Our Founder will contact you day before and you can mention this to her! That is welcome and know that you're held by such kind, loving women and the moment you arrive, you will notice how comfortable everyone is and nerves will ease!

Question 3

What if I am neurodiverse or have other mental health or physical health related matter to bring up?

Accepted Answer

Mention this upon sign up and we can accommodate to meet you earlier or do other adjustments for your comfort. Our facilitator will be in direct contact before event. Connected You is all inclusive community and we take it seriously to welcome everyone safely.
