My journey began in Nepal, where I trained and discovered the profound, transformative power of vibrational medicine.At Art of Love, we invite you to experience the magic of sound through our regular sound baths and special events in Staffordshire and Cheshire.Join us for a deep healing and relaxation session featuring ancient, sacred instruments. Let the therapeutic vibrations of gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other healing tools wash over you. These instruments have been used for thousands of years to promote physical and emotional healing.Lie back, relax, and let the soothing vibrations flow through your body and energy field. The experience will guide you into a meditative, dream-like state where your body can tap into its natural healing abilities.Each sound bath is a unique journey, as our bodies, minds, and spirits carry the energetic imprints of our life experiences. 🌿 Elements Wellness Sound Bath StaffordWe’re thrilled to announce that Art of Love Sound Baths now has an amazing new central venue in Stafford! We’re partnering with Elements Fitness &amp; Wellness, a well-known and much-loved local brand, to bring our soothing sound bath experiences to their cosy and serene studio space, the perfect setting for deep rest and relaxation.✨ What to Expect: A sound bath is a gentle, immersive experience where you simply lie back and allow the harmonious tones of gongs, crystal bowls, and other therapeutic instruments to wash over you. It’s like a sonic massage for your mind and body helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, calm the nervous system, and leave you feeling renewed and balanced.💫 Tickets: £18 per person- Elements members enjoy a special 20% discount (contact Elements for your exclusive code).Please arrive 10 minutes before, entrance is not permitted after the start time in order to protect others experience.There are yoga mats and blankets on site, but welcome to bring your own. A pillow and eye mask are also recommended. Whatever you need to be comfortable. ⚠️ Please note: Sound baths may not be suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy, pacemakers, or during the first trimester of pregnancy. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new Stafford home and share a deeply restorative sound journey with you.
