Join us for a mesmerizing and rejuvenating experience at the Caythorpe & Frieston Village Hall. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and the enchanting power of Light Language.

During this in-person event, you will be transported to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. The gentle vibrations of the crystal bowls will harmonize your body and mind, while the mystical Light Language will awaken your spirit.

Allow yourself to be carried away by the ethereal melodies and let go of any stress or tension. The healing frequencies of the crystal bowls and the sacred sounds of Light Language will help you release negative energy and promote balance and well-being.

No previous experience is necessary. Just bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, (a hot water bottle)an open heart, and a willingness to receive the healing vibrations. Comfortable clothing is recommended to enhance your relaxation.

Come join us and immerse yourself in the transformative power of the Crystal Bowl & Light Language Soundbath. Please let Rose know of any health contradictions such as heart conditions or pregnancy. The soundbath will be 1 hour long starting at 7pm, with an optional 30 minutes after to fully absorb the energies created by the sounbath. Please arrive 10 minutes before so that you can get comfy. Late arrivals may not be permitted due to the nature of the event. Book your spot and embark on a journey of inner exploration and healing.
