What you’ll gain from this session:
A diagnosis can bring relief, grief, clarity, confusion; often all at once.
In this reflective and informative session, we’ll cover:
- What a diagnosis actually means (and what it doesn’t)
- Late-diagnosed parents and identity shifts
- Supporting your child’s understanding of their diagnosis
- Navigating school, family and professional conversations
- Managing mixed emotions and internalised stigma
- Moving from labels to self-understanding
Whether you’re pre-diagnosis, newly diagnosed, or years into the journey, this session creates space for meaning-making and empowerment.
