O hydref 2026 ymlaen, bydd angen i unrhyw un sy'n derbyn archebion ar gyfer arhosiad dros nos yng Nghymru gofrestru gydag Awdurdod Cyllid Cymru (ACC) yn ôl y gyfraith. Mae cofrestru yn rhad ac mae'r rhan fwyaf yn medru cwblhau cofrestru mewn llai na 15 munud.

I'ch helpu i baratoi, rydym yn cynnal cyfres o weithdai ar-lein am ddim trwy Microsoft Teams lle byddwn yn eich tywys trwy'r broses gofrestru gam wrth gam. Erbyn diwedd y gweithdy, bydd gennych bopeth sydd ei angen arnoch i gwblhau eich cofrestriad. Gallwch hyd yn oed gofrestru yn y fan a'r lle, gyda'n tîm wrth law i ateb cwestiynau ar hyd y ffordd.

Pwy ddylai ymuno?

Mae'r gweithdy hwn ar gyfer unrhyw un sy'n derbyn archebion ar gyfer arhosiad dros nos o 31 noson neu lai yng Nghymru – p'un a ydych chi'n gosod o bryd i'w gilydd, yn dymhorol neu drwy gydol y flwyddyn.

Os hoffech gofrestru yn ystod y gweithdy, bydd o gymorth cael y canlynol wrth law:

• eich manylion cyswllt (enw, cyfeiriad, rhif ffôn, dyddiad geni)

• eich cyfeiriad a'ch math o lety

• rhif cwmni neu elusen, os yw'n berthnasol

• syniad o faint o westeion sydd gan eich llety a phryd y mae fel arfer ar agor ar gyfer archebion

Nifer cyfyngedog o leoedd sydd ar gael, felly cofrestrwch yn syth i archebu’ch lle chi.

From autumn 2026, anyone who takes bookings for overnight stays in Wales will need to register with the Welsh Revenue Authority (WRA) by law. Registration is free and takes most people under 15 minutes.

To help you get ready, we're running a series of free online workshops via Microsoft Teams where we'll walk you through the registration process step by step. By the end of the workshop, you'll have everything you need to complete your registration. You can even register on the spot, with our team on hand to answer questions along the way.

Who should attend?

This workshop is for anyone who takes bookings for overnight stays of 31 nights or less in Wales – whether you host occasionally, seasonally, or year-round.

What to bring

If you’d like to register during the workshop, it will help to have the following to hand:

• Your contact details (name, address, phone number, date of birth)

• Your accommodation address and type

• Company or charity number, if applicable

• An idea of how many guests your accommodation holds and when it's typically open for bookings
