What will I learn?Here is an outline for the Creative Writing - Next steps Course: Creating the Habit - Concept to DraftMoving from short exercises to a sustained project, focusing on advanced narrative structure, pacing, and establishing a professional writing routine.Professional Polishing: Advanced Editing and CritiqueDeveloping the critical eye necessary to refine a manuscript through structural and line editing, alongside the etiquette of giving and receiving constructive feedback.The Path to Publication: Navigating Traditional and Independent RoutesA practical guide to the modern industry, covering literary agent submissions, query letters, and an overview of the technical steps required for self-publishing via online platforms such as KDP and IngramSpark. Who is the course for?This course is aimed for anyone who has attended any of our previous Creative Writing courses.Dates for the course -Wednesday 8th July, 6pm – 9pmWednesday 15th July, 6pm – 9pmWednesday 22nd July, 6pm – 9pm Am I ready to start?If you are keen to get started, please apply now for this workshop. Please note: This workshop will only run if there is sufficient interest, we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible in the event that we need to postpone or cancel the session. You will need to complete an enrolment form in the centre before the course begins, we can help you with this and it won't take long (approx 5 mins) we just ask that you bring proof of ID. Please note that we do reserve the right to withdraw the offer of a place if the enrolment form is not completed ahead of the course.
