May Furnace Brook Tour
Join us for a fun in-person stroll exploring the sights and stories of Furnace Brook!
Join us for a special guided tour of Furnace Brook, led by Alistair Gould and Michael Kennard from our team. This immersive walk offers a behind-the-scenes look at a living Ecosystem Restoration Community.
Along the way, you’ll:
- 🐐 Meet our mob-grazing Boer goats and learn how they help restore landscapes naturally
- 🐔 Visit our pasture-raised chickens and see regenerative agriculture in action
- 🌱 Discover how rewilding, land stewardship, and community come together at Furnace Brook
- 🌎 Explore real-world solutions for ecosystem restoration and climate resilience
We’ll finish the tour in our events barn - the heart of our emerging Living Lab and Education Centre - where you can continue the conversation, connect with others, and relax with the taproom open for snacks and drinks brewed on-site.
Whether you’re curious about rewilding, regenerative agriculture, or simply want to spend time outdoors with animals and inspiring people, this tour offers a meaningful and hands-on experience.
Come walk the land, ask questions, and be part of the rewilding movement - right here at Furnace Brook. We'll be sharing volunteering opportunities and ways you might like to engage with us.
Ticket sales help support our efforts to rewild our landscape, fund our community events, and support our efforts in soil-first food production.
