Are you affected by Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM)? Come along and meet the community with Cardiomyopathy UK specialist nurse Jayne.

Hosted by Cardiomyopathy UK specialist nurse Jayne Partridge, this session is for anyone affected by Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM).Nurse Jayne will host a session focused on DCM. This is followed by a general discussion and is a great opportunity to meet the community.Please note this meeting is NOT suitable for healthcare professionals or individuals seeking information about patient perspectives in regards to being affected by DCM, please contact Cardiomyopathy UK separately in this instance (<a href="mailto:contact@cardiomyopathy.org" title="mailto:contact@cardiomyopathy.org" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">contact@cardiomyopathy.org</a>), and we will be happy to help.You can join the session from your computer, tablet, smartphone or by phone. All sessions are free of charge but you will need to book to secure your place.The session will take place online - a link and password will be sent to you from Cardiomyopathy UK on the day.
