Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative Reiki Infused Sound Bath, including grounding work and a guided meditation guided by the Reiki healers of Love, Light & Pumpkins and High Peak Healing.

This immersive experience creates a peaceful space for:

No previous experience with meditation, Reiki, or sound healing is needed - simply come with an open mind and allow yourself to receive.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on

• A blanket and pillow for extra comfort

• Water

• An eye mask (optional)
