SEND Learn 2 Ride & Confidence Building Cycling - Bike or Trike

We are the North Easts cycling community group for anyone who needs to use an adapted bike due to having a disability. This can include but not limited to: - learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, balance problems, eyesight problems, brain injuries, strokes, complex health needs etc.Based in Houghton Rectory Park (DH4 4BB) Houghton -le-Spring we cycle around the traffic free track on Houghton Rectory Playing Field, 6 times around equals a mile.We cycle on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays and 1 Sunday a month. Our cycling sessions last about an hour.Our Darlington base is located at Eastbourne Sports Complex, DH11LJ, where we cycle 1 Sunday a month.We have a wide range of adapted bikes available for all ages including go-karts, trikes, bucket seat bike, wheelchair bike, tandem, KMC trikes and more.
