Cerddoriaeth gartrefol sy'n gyfuniad o’r hen a’r newydd ac yn plethu’r traddodiadol gyda’r gwreiddiolFfurfiwyd Hen Fegin yn 2015, ac ers hynny maen nhw wedi bod yn adlonni cynulleidfaoedd ar draws Cymru a thu hwnt gyda’u sain werinol unigryw o Faldwyn.Aelodau’r band yw Roy Griffiths (llais a gitâr), Jac Gittins (llais a mandolin), Bryn Davies (llais ac acordion), Idris Morris Jones (llais a ffidil), Cadi Glwys Davies (telyn deires) ac Alun Hart (bas dwbl).Cyhoeddwyd albwm Hen Fegin ‘Hwyl i Ti 'Ngwas’ yn 2019 a’u sengl ‘Fflam y Llan’ yn 2023 ar label Recordiau MaldwynHen Fegin was formed in 2015, and since then they have been entertaining audiences across Wales and beyond with their unique folk sound from Maldwyn. Their homely music is a combination of the old and the new, weaving together the traditional and the original. The band members are Roy Griffiths (vocals and guitar), Jac Gittins (vocals and mandolin), Bryn Davies (vocals and accordion), Cadi Glwys Davies (triple harp) and Alun Hart (double bass). Hen Fegin's album 'Hwyl i Ti 'Ngwas' was released in 2019 and their single 'Fflam y Llan' in 2023 on Recordiau Maldwyn’s label.
