What should I wear for the session?

Please check the weather and wear suitable outdoor clothing and shoes (trainers are fine). If it is raining, please wear a waterproof jacket and note that shoes may get muddy.

Can children come on these sessions?

Unfortunately these sessions are for people 18 years and over
