Celebrate the beginning of May outdoors, foraging for plants and fungi on  Corstorphine Hill, one of Edinburgh City's lovely green spaces.

Corstorphine Hill Walled Garden

<p>Explore with me spring time on Corstorphine Hill, one of Edinburgh's lovely green spaces.  We will meet at the Walled Garden, take a gentle walk through May woods and meadows, look at  around thirty species of lush and colourful edible (and some  toxic) wild plants and fungi,  discuss foraging laws, ethics, and safety, and learn how to best prepare springtime wild foods. Our walk will be  2-3  hours long, go over muddy, uneven and steep terrain, and include some foraged food and drink samples, so please inform  me ahead of time of any dietary requirements.</p>
