About This EventAbsolute bliss, what could be more relaxing than floating hammocks in a swimming pool, with healing sounds all around you. Tibetan singing bowls, sonic energy chimes, crystal singing bowls, and reiki drumming ........... 45 minutes of pure indulgence. The water has soothing qualities which when combined with the soothing, relaxing and healing from the sound bath creates something really special. Itinerary<ul><li>3:00pm - Doors to the pool will open (please note the venue won't open the doors until this time so please don't arrive too early)</li><li>3.10pm - Enter the pool (briefing on what to expect, and safety)</li><li>3.15pm - relax and enjoy the sound bath experience</li></ul> Important Information<ul><li>Floats and pool noodles will be available, but these aren't compulsory, if you prefer you can bring your own,</li><li>If you have a hat, rash vest or wet suit please feel free to wear it if you choose as your body temperature will drop when you are in a more relaxed state,</li><li>The water in the pool is heated, however, if you feel cold we advise you to submerge yourself in the water,</li><li>If you choose not to use a float you can float near the edge of the pool and hold onto the side,</li><li>You are free to leave the pool at any point,</li><li>Bring warm clothes to change into after the event.</li></ul> Terms &amp; ConditionsWe wanted to draw your attention to the following:<ul><li>Attendees should be confident in water and be able to swim (at attendees own risk).</li><li>Sound baths may not be suitable for those that suffer from epilepsy, have a pacemaker, have tinnitus, under 12 weeks pregnant, have metal pins and plates that are under 12 months old.</li><li>This event is not suitable for Under 16's.</li><li>Refunds are only available up to 14 days before event.</li><li>This is an outdoor event and we are unable to control the weather. We are unable to give refunds if you make the choice not to attend due to weather conditions.</li><li>Photos will be taken at the event for promotional purposes (please let us know if you don't want your photo included).</li></ul> NOTE: This event is fully risk assessed and fully insured and will have a lifeguards and an observer to ensure safety at all times.
