What does it take to build businesses that create real change? <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/bayileadeoti/" title="https://www.linkedin.com/in/bayileadeoti/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bayile Adeoti</a> has made that her life's work. Founder of Dechomai, a social enterprise supporting global majority entrepreneurs, and co-founder of AI platform BobbAI, she brings a distinctive lens on inclusion, innovation, and what it really takes to back underrepresented founders.This session is part of the Data Equity Incubator - a programme supporting ethnic minority women to grow ideas into data-informed ventures. It's the first in-person gathering of the 2026 cohort, and it's open to any ethnic minority woman who wants to come along, even if you're not part of the programme. WHAT TO EXPECT This is more than a speaker event. It's a chance to: • Hear Bayile's honest, practical story of building a thriving social enterprise • Meet the DataKirk and Bright Red Triangle teams • Connect with others in the cohort • Find out more about the Data Equity Incubator if you're considering joining ABOUT THE DATA EQUITY INCUBATOR Led by DataKirk and supported by Bright Red Triangle, the Data Equity Incubator supports ethnic minority women to build confidence in using data, digital tools, and AI to shape and grow their ventures, whatever form those take. Running March to July, it combines online workshops with four in-person sessions. Upcoming in-person sessions: Saturday 11th April - Sarah Aoki, Perfect Cleaning Solutions Saturday 9 May - Bayile Adeoti, Dechomai Saturday 30 May - Miriam Hussain, National Library of Scotland Saturday 13 June - Funding &amp; Investment Panel with Wendy Wu (Impact Investment Symposium / Bright Red Triangle) and guests<a href="https://www.brightredtriangle.co.uk/events" title="https://www.brightredtriangle.co.uk/events" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.brightredtriangle.co.uk/events</a> WHO IS THIS FOR? Ethnic minority women at any stage, an early idea, a side hustle, an existing venture, or simply curiosity. No experience needed. Whether you're in the cohort or not, you're welcome here.
