Coaching WalkThrus - From Theory to Practice - One Day Masterclass

This one day training will introduce delegates to the latest Coaching Model that forms the basis our new Walkthrus book.

Following on from the success of our Big Classroom Sydney, we are delighted to return to St Andrew's Cathedral School with our Coaching WalkThrus One Day Masterclass.

This one day training led by Tom Sherrington will introduce delegates to the latest Coaching Model that forms the basis our latest WalkThrus book, supporting leaders to implement technical pedagogical coaching using Teaching WalkThrus.

Our definition covers instructional coaching for individuals, pairs, small groups and teams. Tom will outline how the model works, from designing a robust coaching system that builds around excellent training on core techniques, to in-depth coaching dialogue that supports teachers to form new habits in their practice.

We will explore the Why and How of implementing a great coaching programme, ensuring delegates develop their understanding of the rationale for engaging in this work with some concrete examples of how it is done in practice.

This 1 day training is open to WalkThrus members and non-members and is priced at £195 per delegate.
