You can expect a blend of guided energy work, music ,  space for release, moments of reflection, and connection within a supportive group field. Each experience is unique.

What will I feel during the session?

Everyone’s experience is different. You may feel emotional release, deep relaxation, clarity, or a sense of activation and expansion.

What should I bring ?

Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel relaxed (e.g. a blanket, water, journal if you wish).

Will there be sharing or group interaction?

There may be opportunities for connection, but everything is optional. You are always in control of your experience.
