Chill out with this relaxed session. Anya from Balance Garden will guide you with gentle movements, postures and breathwork. No experience needed. Wear comfy clothes.In person at Shoe Lane Library and via Zoom.· No experience needed. Accessible for beginners and those with experience.· Wear comfy clothes.· We have a limited number of yoga mats available or bring your own.· Current series dates: 4 Feb, 18 Feb, 18 March, 15 April, 24 June. Each session is designed to be complete, so it does not matter if you come to one or all the sessions.The Zoom link will be sent to you after booking the ticket.
