Yoga Mat, Blanket, Cushion, Bottle of water and a notebook and pen.

Do I need to have practised Kundalini yoga before?

No, this course is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners of all levels.

I can't comfortably sit on the floor, can I do the course sitting on a chair?

Yes, we have chairs available should you prefer to be seated this way, and alternative movements and positions will be given throughout the course so you can fully participate. We are working with energy so intention and focus is far more important than physical attainment.
