Our series, Boss Ladies: Behind the Scenes, celebrates the power of women coming together to share their stories, expertise and everyday magic.

Each month, one member opens the doors to her workplace, offering:

• A behind-the-scenes look at her business
• Insight into her day-to-day world
• Honest conversation about the highs, challenges and lessons learned
• Opportunities for deeper connection and collaboration

This month, we’re stepping outside to explore the fantastic pollytunnels just outside Bridge of Earn.

Growspace is a community-focused project that uses food growing and outdoor activities to support wellbeing, build social connections, and strengthen local resilience.

It provides a safe, informal environment where people can learn new skills, improve confidence, and feel a sense of purpose. By promoting mental health, community engagement, and environmental care, the project helps reduce pressure on local health services, with all benefits reinvested for public good.

• A chance to have some hands-on experience
• Meaningful networking in a supportive, inspiring setting
