Voice & Resonance - A Holistic Vocal Workshop

Explore your natural voice singing & toning in this immersive workshop. A taster session to awaken the power and resonance within you.

Come and explore your natural voice in this immersive workshop, guided by Maria, who brings over 20 years of experience in singing and energy work.

Together, we will work with pranic energy movement, rose essence (plant energy), and the inner divine feminine, deepening the connection between voice and body.

This session offers a gentle yet powerful introduction to discovering your voice as:

• a healing tool
• a force of nature
• a source of pleasure, expression, and joy

Held in the beautiful main hall of the Masonic Temple, we will co-create sound using harmonium, drum, and natural group harmony.

A taster session to awaken the power and resonance within you. (Please wear comfortable clothing for movement, bring a bottle of water and a block or cushion for the sat section. Pay by donation.)

Rose water, spray and essence:

Food grade rose water will be provided to add to your bottled water by preference - sourced from the rose farms of Bulgaria. As well as spray myst and essence. All optional. Used to enhance heart connection during the experience.

Rose water is a sacred, high-vibrational tool used for spiritual purification, emotional healing, and enhancing loving energy. It is frequently employed to cleanse negative energy, bless spaces, and open the heart chakra. Known to represent Venusian energy—beauty and love—it is used in rituals, meditation, and bathing to promote peace and self-love. It is also associated with the awakening and connection to inner divine feminine energy.

Key Spiritual and Ritualistic Uses:

• Space Cleansing & Protection: Due to its high vibrational frequency, spraying rose water in a room helps eliminate negative energy, acting as a soothing alternative to sage or smoke cleansing.
• Aura Cleansing & Self-Blessing: Many practitioners use it to wash hands before rituals or spray it over the body to purify their aura, reduce emotional tension, and soothe anxiety.
• Heart Chakra Activation: Rose is deeply linked to the heart chakra. Using it can help release, cultivate feelings of self-love, compassion, and emotional balance.
• Ritual Offerings: It is used in, as well as offered on, altars for deities associated with love and water (such as Aphrodite or Oshun), and it is often used for blessing tools like crystals or tarot cards.
• Ritual Baths: Adding rose water to bathwater is a common practice to encourage self-love, beauty, and emotional healing.
• Anointing: Rose water can be used to anoint candles or other items used in spellwork to attract romance and positivity.
