She is also the host of the successful Middling Along podcast for women in midlife. She has worked with a wide range of clients including companies like DELL and Springer Nature, as well as public-sector organisations such as Oxfordshire County Council. The talk: Are you ready for Action? Building menopause support into your Gender Equality Action Plans.Gender Equality Action Plans will soon be mandatory for companies with over 250 employees - with at least one ‘concrete action’ addressing menopause support.One in ten women have left their jobs because of menopause symptoms. That’s institutional knowledge, leadership capability, and hard-won client relationships walking out the door — often quietly, and without anyone saying why.Most organisations now know they need to act. The harder question is how — and how to avoid the beautifully-worded policy that nobody reads.In this session, I’ll walk us through building a menopause action plan that sticks.
