Sculpture in the City: Re-imagine and Produce

This session focuses on consolidating ideas and interpretations of Sculpture in the City artworks, transforming them into a collaborative artwork. Join Urban Learners for this creative workshop inspired by the City's architecture and key artworks from Sculpture in the City, a free open-air art exhibition.

In person at Shoe Lane Library.

Inspired by Sculpture in the City, we will experiment with materials and creative techniques, exploring through the lens of ‘materiality’.

Each workshop in the series is designed to stand alone, so you are very welcome to attend one, two, or all three sessions. No previous attendance is required. The emphasis is on enjoyment in a relaxed environment.

Creative outcomes from this workshop (and previous sessions on 1 and 15 April) will be celebrated at the Guildhall Art Gallery at the end of May 2026. We will share details nearer the time.

This is the third and final session facilitated by Urban Learners.
