It provides: • Peer-to-peer support and shared experiences • A safe, respectful space to ask questions and discuss concerns • Connection with others to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing Session Aims • Understand what menopause is and how it is diagnosed • Explore the range of symptoms you might experience • Learn practical steps you can take to manage symptoms and optimise your health, including diet, exercise, and other non-medical strategies • Discuss treatment options, including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
