Where can I park?

There is parking directly outside the hall, however please don’t park in front of the house (there is a sign) as this is residents parking.  Extra cars can park on the road, but please be mindful of the driveway opposite. Approach the hall via Model Row / Buckland Road not via New Road.

Question 2

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Something comfortable and warm to lay on, we recommend a yoga mat, a throw or 2 and a pillow as your body temperature will drop due to deep relaxation during the session. Wear comfy clothes and bring a drink for afterwards

What can I expect from the session?

Accepted Answer

A short guided intro meditation. A  collection of sounds using gongs, crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, vibroacoustic massage, tongue drum, handpan, elemental chimes and many other beautiful percussions. Optional Usui Reiki energy healing. Group energy oracle card pull. Organic dark chocolate.
