A step-by-step guide to successfully developing a ministry, mission, or building project.
Attendees will be provided with guidance on how to identify and choose the correct project to benefit the congregation and/or the local community served by their church. This could be a project that involves little or no financial expenditure, but sometimes more costly solutions are required. The course will work through the tasks that need to be completed before DAC approval can be applied for, and how to create fully costed plans before starting fundraising activities and grant applications. This process can seem insurmountable, but this course will help your church navigate through the various obstacles, thanks to the guidance and resources shared on the day, enabling it to complete these tasks with increased confidence and know-how.
