Training Event | Managing Anti-Social Behaviour in Sheltered Housing -Wales

A half-day, online training course to enable staff in Sheltered Housing to gain applied knowledge and confidence in managing ASB.

This course is aimed as staff working within the Sheltered Housing/Independent Living environment.

Objectives: To enable staff in Sheltered Housing/Independent Living to gain applied knowledge and confidence in managing anti-social behaviour.

The course will cover:

• What do we mean by anti-social behaviour
• How does ASB occur
• The role of early intervention
• The law and how it applies
• Non-legal remedies
• Case studies

The course will cost £95 for members of erosh and £125 for non-members.
