This Mum and Baby Wellbeing Group is a warm and welcoming space for mums and their babies up to one year old. It’s a chance to connect with other mums and talk openly about the joys and challenges of early motherhood.

We’ll gently explore topics such as identity, relationships, and birth experiences, while leaving space for whatever else feels important to share. The group is a supportive place where mums can be honest about how they’re feeling, feel listened to, and realise they’re not alone in this new chapter of life.

There will be plenty of tea and coffee, so you can settle in, have a chat, and enjoy a relaxed space with other mums and their little ones.

This group is held at Rodway Hall on Redland Road; a short walk from Malvern Link train station and bus routes, with street parking nearby.
