Join us for a guided tour of Steam Mills Place, located within a dedicated and secure area of our Forest of Dean Campus. This specialist provision offers a personalised learning environment for learners, ensuring each individual receives the support they need while working towards the same positive outcomes.

This is a great opportunity to explore our calm and supportive setting, designed to help learners thrive. With small group sizes of up to 10 and a high staff-to-learner ratio, you’ll meet our experienced specialist team, including lecturers, support staff, pastoral mentors, communication specialists, and college-to-community leads, all working together to provide tailored support.

At Steam Mills Place, learners follow a personalised curriculum over a 2–3 year period, aligned with their Preparing for Adulthood goals. The provision also integrates essential care and therapeutic support outlined in each learner’s EHCP, working closely with local agencies to support every aspect of development.

Our focus is on building independence, confidence, and life skills, helping learners prepare for meaningful next steps, including employment or volunteering opportunities.
