Overview

A 6-week online post discovery circle for late discovered autistic women, wherever you are on your journey, wherever you are in the world.

Rediscovered Post Discovery Online Group Support Circle

A 6 week online zoom post discovery group circle for late discovered autistic women, wherever you are on your post discovery journey, and wherever you are in the world, and self-identification inclusive ( you do not need a formal diagnosis to join).

A place to share stories and experiences, explore your late-discovery journey and to connect with other late discovered women as part of your Rediscovered Journey.

We'll explore our experiences around themes such as late discovery, masking, burnout, the places that we go to when the world feels too much, when our bodies scream enough, along with our sensory, emotional and cognitive worlds and each week will be focused on a specific theme with the opportunity for all participants to talk about their own experiences.

It’s peer support, therapeutically led by Catherine, with depth (but this is not therapy!)It's a shared space to speak out loud, exhale and belong, and with a private mighty online community space to support and build connection - both during the 6 week circle and beyond. We meet around a virtual circle, imagined, but deeply felt, where we explore what it means to rediscover ourselves with compassion and courage.

It’s a space rooted in acceptance, belonging and connection - antidotes to the loneliness and grief that come with late discovery.

We are wired for connection, and when we sit in circle, we rewire the damage of disconnection. Healing happens not in fixing, but in witnessing, in holding space where every voice matters and every story belongs.

::::::

During the 6 weeks, and beyond, you will also get access to our Late Discovered Club Mighty Community Space with a dedicated private circle space carved out in there so that our circles can keep connected with each other both during 6 week circles and beyond, as well as connect with our other circles and wider community members.

Here's what some of our previous circle participants have said:

"I really have found it useful - its been really powerful for us to speak aloud some of our most painful and shameful experiences. I think the trust you’ve helped to build in this group, thanks to your holding such a safe space for us, has led to some lovely conversations in our circle, where we are sharing and asking for help in a very unique autistic way. My two words for this year are emerging and belonging - and I feel this group has helped me to gain those things, in particular belonging."

" I want to express my sincere gratitude for the sessions we've had. They have been truly remarkable, providing me with invaluable insights into myself. Thank you Catherine for your exceptional guidance, attentive listening, and unconditional support throughout this journey. Hearing others share their thoughts and stories have brought so much meaning to this experience."

About Catherine Asta

Her work is about creating spaces where people can gather, belong, and begin again.

She's an ex NHS Strategist turned psychotherapist and writer whose work brings a neurodivergent, compassionate and embodied perspective to questions of healing, loss and identity - weaving psychological insight with nature-rooted wisdom and somatic knowing.

Across the last two decades, she has led multi-million pound community programmes, co-designed NHS strategic advisory and patient forums to support £5bn strategy development, headed up transformation for a large NHS acute trust and created pioneering peer led support spaces.

Host of the globally recognised podcast and community 'The Late Discovered Club' - the number one ranked podcast for late-identified autistic women, as well as host of the NHS-funded ‘Autism Central’ podcast.

Her bestselling book ‘Rediscovered’ is currently being translated internationally, with her memoir ‘Still Living’ published in April 2026.

Through her 'Gather + Belong' Circle Design Programme, she supports individuals and organisations to create trauma-informed, neuro-inclusive peer spaces that are deeply human.

She also delivers post discovery peer support circles for late discovered autistic women from across the world to explore their journey together. At the end of 2025 she was appointed as an Associate to co-author a PEERS framework for the £6 million NHS funded National Autism Peer Education Programme.

Alongside her creative work, she collaborates with organisations across healthcare, education and community sectors through consultancy, training, guest lecturing and programme design.

A two-time breast cancer survivor, she lives on the edge of the moors in Ilkley, Yorkshire in the UK where the landscape inspires and informs much of her writing and creative work.
