Join Lucy Bray, Children’s Nurse and Professor of Child Health Literacy at Edge Hill University, as she explores how the international iSupport rights-based standards can support health professionals in improving children’s experiences of care. This session will introduce the iSupport standards and resources and demonstrate how these can be used in real clinical settings to reduce distress, support communication, and deliver truly child-centred care.
