Be The Change @ London Senior Social

Spend a Saturday with South London's elderly community!

The London Senior Social, nestled in bustling Southwark, creates opportunities for older people age 60+ to engage in activities that reduce social isolation and improve physical and mental wellbeing.

As a volunteer you'll be making hot drinks, supporting with activities and offering thoughtful conversation; a rewarding way to spend your time.

Though this isn't a requirement, we are keen to welcome volunteers who would be confident facilitating creative and/or physical actvities and games for the older people! Please email ed.harding@handsonlondon.org.uk if you have any ideas / are interested.

Lunch may be provided for volunteers, but we suggest you bring along snacks as the meal is not served until around 2pm.
