Across health, housing and social care, national policy continues to move towards prevention, integration and outcomes, while local systems are managing rising demand, workforce pressure and the expectation to deliver safe, effective services within tighter constraints. Turning that direction into something that works day to day, in real settings with real people, is where the challenge now sits.
Join us at Sandown Park Racecourse on Thursday 16 July for our Transforming Models of Care event which will bring together national and local leaders to work through that challenge in a practical, grounded way. This event is designed for those responsible for shaping and delivering services, creating space to test thinking, share experience and build a clearer path forward.
Across the day, you can expect:
- A clear view of how care is moving from reactive to proactive models, and what that looks like beyond theory
