"We work in a very very busy landscape and there are so many different things going on, so there isn't always that head space to really network and meet people but then also the busyness can stop awareness of all of the different initiatives underway. So coming to conferences like this not only do you get to engage, you also get to hear about work going on that impacts you".
Tista Chakravarty Gannon, Head of Strategic Delivery and National Engagement, Outreach England, General Medical Council
"Great event with a diverse and likeminded group of healthcare professionals, well delivered technically both in person and virtually".
DYP Attendee, LED Doctor & Honorary Clinical Fellow
"The Developing Your Portfolio Conference is one of the most significant programmes to support the development of products and service portfolios for our organisation. We have been able to meet senior leaders, key decision makers and most importantly a diverse health workforce - forming important relationships and expanding our partnerships as a result of our attendance and partnership with the DYP programme."
Healthcare Organisation
"DYP helped me broaden my awareness of diverse career opportunities within and outside of the NHS. It has been a valuable learning and networking opportunity".
DYP Attendee, Consultant
"Attending the DYP conference was an absolutely transformative experience. From thought-provoking panels on EDI to inspiring discussions on global health and leadership, the conference offered a wealth of insights for healthcare professionals at every stage of their career

The opportunity to connect with peers, mentors, and experts in such a dynamic setting overlooking the pitch at Old Trafford, no less was truly unparalleled. The themes of wellbeing, innovation, and portfolio career development resonated deeply, and I left feeling inspired, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to take my career to the next level. A huge thank you to the organisers, speakers, and participants for creating such a welcoming and enriching space. I highly recommend this conference to anyone looking to grow personally and professionally while making a meaningful impact in healthcare."
DYP Attendee, GP Doctor
