10 week Pilates course - East Ham Care Centre

Come along and have a go at subsidised 10 week Pilates Summer classes for £35.00 , based at East Ham Care Centre: Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Are you one of those individuals who is always advising clients, friends and family to look after themselves and be fit and healthy? Then why not look at your own lifestyle and have a go at one of our subsidised 10 week Yoga or Pilates classes?

These 10 week courses are based on 10-12 delegates (depending on room size) participating at the cost of £35.00 per person, (this means £3.50 per class). If less than 10 delegates book on these courses then the Trust reserves the right to cancel the course. Without subsidy the course would normally cost £50.00-£65.00 per person depending on how many delegates attend.

***Please note that these courses must not be attended during your working hours unless you have arranged to take leave for this purpose. You will be required to bring along your own exercise mat/towel/blanket and wear loose or appropriate clothing***

Booking

The sessions will be available to staff on a first come first serve basis and booking is via the Evenbrite links available on the Staff Wellbeing Intranet page. If the sessions are sold out, try checking back another time as sessions are released upon cancellation. Bookings do not close until the end of the course however the cost is not adjusted if you book part way through the course.

Cancellation

If you can no longer attend the course, you can cancel up to 7 days before the start of the course and receive a refund via the 'manage booking' link in your original Eventbrite booking email. Unfortunately bookings that are cancelled less than 7 days before the start of the course are non-refundable.
