A friendly network event celebrating the impact of the Nature Buddies project so far and looking to the future.

Join us for a friendly event celebrating what the Nature Buddies Network has achieved so far and exploring what comes next. Meet volunteers and host organisations, learn about the impact of the scheme, and discover how spending time in nature can support wellbeing and connection.

The day will feature short talks, an interactive workshop, and taster activity sessions, along with plenty of opportunities to chat, share ideas and make connections.

This event is for:

• Healthcare professionals & social prescribers – gain confidence in referring and learn more about nature‑based support
• Existing hosts & network members – share learning, celebrate successes, and help shape the future of the network
• Organisations & community groups – learn how Nature Buddies could work for your organisation and how to get involved
• Volunteers – find out about roles, hear from current Nature Buddies, and connect with others

We are proud to be holding this event on Age Without Limits Day, an annual event to take action - big or small - to create a future where everyone can age without limits.

You don’t need prior experience with nature‑based activities to come along - just an interest in wellbeing, community connection and the role nature can play in supporting people.
