So Last Century is at Dulwich Picture Gallery this June, with a big Summer Vintage Market!
On Sunday 7th June the Gallery is host to a curated collection of 40 of the best vintage traders filling the landscaped gardens, the Cloisters, Linbury Room and Art Studio. Expect to find plenty of mid-century homeware, decorative objets, ceramics and glass, lighting, furniture, 1950s and 60s original art, prints, antique maps and charts, French brocante, summer fashion, jewellery and lots more.
There’ll also be flowers and plants by Yolly, mouth-watering street crêpes and galettes by Sarrasin and the excellent Flotsam & Jetsam cafe and Canteen will be both be open too, serving food and drinks.
Listen to the brilliant Alvar Treefrogs performing New Orleans jazz out on the lawns. If you haven’t heard them before, you’re in for a treat!
While you’re here, visit the Gallery’s Konrad Mägi exhibition and discover his captivating, and psychologically-charged paintings. See the new sculptural installation by contemporary Estonian artist Kristina Õllek, explore DPG’s permanent collection, delve into the Shop, and see the new Pavilion and sculpture gardens.
