Welcome to Bliss in Nature Summer Yoga!
Join us for a rejuvenating Summer yoga session surrounded by the beauty of nature at Grapes Hill Community Garden. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and connect with your inner zen in this serene outdoor setting.
Experienced instructor, Sue Tideswell, will guide you through a series of poses designed to help you find peace and balance. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, all levels are welcome to join in the fun!
Awaken your body, breathe and feel part of the blossoming seasonal loveliness around you.
In the morning from 11-1 pm there will be slow yoga including gentle flow, breath work and release of tension through held posture .
We will break for a 'bring your own lunch' at 1pm , and from 1.30 -3pm there will be more somatic, embodied yoga with held postures and restful guided yoga nidra meditation.
