No. This programme is suitable for diagnosed ADHD, self identified ADHD, or people actively exploring whether ADHD fits their experience.

What if I cannot attend a session live?

Each session is recorded. You can watch the recording and still complete the weekly action steps.

How will I access the recordings?

Recordings will be shared privately with attendees after each session, along with a short summary and any worksheets.

How long is each session?

What platform are the live sessions on?

The platform is Zoom. The link will be sent after registration.

Is this therapy?

This is group coaching and psychoeducation. It is practical, skills based, and supportive, but it is not a replacement for individual therapy or medical care.

Will I have to speak in the group?

You will be invited to participate, but you can take part at your own pace. Listening is valid participation. You will never be pressured to share personal details.

Is the group confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is expected from all participants. You will receive clear group agreements at the start.

What if I struggle to keep up with homework?

There is no heavy homework. Actions are designed to be small and realistic. The aim is consistency, not perfection.

You will receive joining instructions, session dates, and a brief onboarding form to help you personalise the programme.

What is the refund policy?

Refund Policy
You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the programme start date. After this point, and once the programme has started, fees are non refundable.
If you are unable to attend a live session after the programme has started, you will still have access to the session recording.

Can I use Access to Work funding for this programme?

Yes. If you are using the UK Access to Work scheme, you can submit the invoice as coaching/training support. This programme is designed to support ADHD related functioning and performance at work. An invoice can be provided on request. *Note: We are not guaranteeing approval.
