<h3>90-Minute Sound Bath – Deep Rest and Restoration</h3>Step into a space of stillness and healing with Katie Malley’s 90-minute Sound Bath, a deeply restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring balance to mind, body, and spirit.Led by Katie Malley, a trauma-informed psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and sound therapy practitioner, each session is carefully curated to support emotional and physical wellbeing through the therapeutic power of sound.You’ll be immersed in layers of resonance created by crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, rainsticks, and other harmonic instruments, all played to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner harmony. The 90-minute format allows time to settle, breathe, journey through the soundscape, and gently return with grounding and integration at the end.These sessions are suitable for anyone seeking rest, clarity, or emotional release. No prior experience is needed. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the sound to do the work.A yoga mat, cushion, blanket and eye mask will be available for each person, however you may wish to bring extras for comfort.Bring: water bottle. Wear: loose, comfortable clothing.Venue: The Chakra Room is up a flight of stairs and there is no lift. To ensure your comfort, safety, and the best possible experience, please take a moment to read the following important information:Health &amp; Safety Sound baths involve the use of powerful vibrational frequencies. For safety reasons, these sessions are not suitable for individuals who:<ul><li>Are pregnant (particularly in the first or final trimester)</li><li>Have a pacemaker or metal implants that could be affected by vibration</li><li>Experience sound-induced epilepsy or severe tinnitus</li><li>Have psychosis</li></ul>If you use hearing aids, please let me know in advance so I can adapt the sound environment accordingly.If you have any medical, neurological, or mental health concerns, please check with your GP before attending and inform me confidentially before the session. Your wellbeing is my priority, and I will always do my best to support your comfort and safety.Please note: The Chakra Room is up some stairs.Cancellations &amp; Refunds Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. Due to limited spaces, cancellations cannot be refunded or transferred to another date. Please let me know in advance if you cannot make it.Late Arrival &amp; Attendance To maintain a calm atmosphere, please arrive on time. Once the session begins, late entry is not possible to avoid disturbing others.
