Full Moon, Yin & Cacao ceremony
Join me for an evening of deep rest, reflection and connection under the energy of the Full Moon.
🌕 FULL MOON: YIN, CACAO & JOURNALLING 🌕
Sunday 31st May
18:00 - 20:00PM (arrival from 17:50)
Join me for a nourishing evening of grounding, reflection and deep rest beneath the energy of the Full Moon. This event is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and create space to release what no longer serves you.
Together we’ll move through a gentle evening of:
✨ Grounding & opening practices
Begin with calming breathwork and grounding rituals to help settle your nervous system and bring you fully into the present moment.
✨ Yin Yoga
A slow, meditative yin practice focusing on longer-held postures to encourage deep release within the body, calm the mind and invite stillness. Suitable for all levels.
✨ Cacao Ceremony
Enjoy a cup of ceremonial cacao, a warm, heart-opening drink traditionally used to encourage connection, intention and self-reflection.
✨ Guided Journalling & Reflection
Take time to reflect under the Full Moon energy with guided prompts designed to support clarity, release and intention setting.
This evening is an opportunity to pause from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself permission to reflect, soften and reconnect.
No yoga experience is needed, beginners are very welcome. ✨
I can’t wait to share this special evening with you. 🌕
