She spent over fifteen years building brands inside UK and US scale-ups, including Moneyhub and Creditcall, which she repositioned ahead of its acquisition by NMI before leading the post-acquisition integration. Through her work with FinTech West, she focuses on regional collaboration that turns shared ambition into practical action.Liz Richards is COO at FinTech West, with a career spanning Thomson Reuters and Credit Suisse. She has led communications, strategic partnerships, culture and transformation programmes and talent acquisition campaigns inside global financial institutions, and now sits on the board of Talking Money.
