Some ideas never really go away.They sit there for months. Sometimes longer. You make a few notes. Mention them to a friend. Have a week where you think, right, I’m actually going to do something with this. Then life gets busy and it slips again.This workshop is for people who have an idea, the spark of one, or something half-started, and want a better way to work out whether it’s worth pursuing.Over two hours, we’ll look at how to test an idea in a way that feels practical and doable. A way of moving it on without needing a grand plan, a dramatic leap, or a complete personality transplant.We’ll get into things like:<ul><li>what you actually need to know first</li><li>where people usually get stuck</li><li>how to work out what needs testing</li><li>who to speak to</li><li>what an early version could look like</li><li>how to start learning from something before it feels finished</li></ul>You do not need a polished business plan to come along. Some people will already have something clearer. Others will have a rough direction, a side project, or a problem they keep coming back to.The aim is simple: to leave with a better sense of what to do next, and a more grounded way of moving your idea forward.This workshop is also a good way to get a feel for Escape the City’s Startup Accelerator, our longer programme for people who want to give an idea proper time, attention and momentum.
