🍃 You will be lying down on mats with pillows and blankets during the session.
🍃 Wear loose, comfortable clothing (avoid anything too tight or restrictive around the waist).
🍃 Refrain from consuming caffeine, alcohol, or cigarettes before you arrive.
🍃 Bring a refillable water bottle.
🍃 Please arrive promptly.
