Join Sloff for an art-based activity where you get to create a symbolic album representing different aspects of yourself.

The idea uses the structure of a record and album as a metaphor for identity and mental health, allowing you to explore both what you show outwardly and what you may keep hidden.Sloff will guide you with optional prompts to help you reflect at your own pace, without any pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with, allowing you to engage in a way that feels safe and suits your confidence level with art.Tone and structure: The session would be gently facilitated, focusing on creativity rather than “getting it right.” Reflection would be optional, with opportunities for quiet personal reflection or light sharing if people wish.A safe, thoughtful space where you get to explore your identity &amp; mental wellbeing through creativity, without pressure or expectation.
