Together, they deconstruct the classics of Memphis, Detroit, and Philadelphia, stripping away the industry gloss to find the raw truth in the song.The Experience Performed over two 45-minute sets, this is a rhythmic exploration of the “Grit and Silk” of soul. From the raw honesty of Al Green and Otis Redding to the sophisticated baritone silk of Teddy Pendergrass.
