Seeded & Sovereign Leadership Programme Information Session

Online event
Tuesday 12 May  •  5:30 PM - 6:30 PM GMT+1
Overview

Join our open information session to learn about our new leadership programme for Black and Racially Minoritised leaders.

Seeded & Sovereign is a leadership formation programme for Black and Racially Minoritised leaders in the UK who are building, protecting, and sustaining racial justice work under pressure.

This session is an opportunity to hear about the programme’s purpose, structure, and to explore whether it’s the right space for you. We’ll share information on what participants can expect from the programme, who it’s designed for, and how it supports leaders to strengthen their practice.

About the programme

The Seeded & Sovereign Leadership Programme is designed for those already carrying responsibility and are navigating the political, financial, and reputational realities of leading while Black or racially minoritised, whether within organisations, public roles, independent work, or broader agendas for change.

The programme is about helping leaders strengthen their capacity to build on their own terms: to clarify their practice, codify their values into institutional structures, and withstand the pressures that come with operating visibly and independently.

Seeded & Sovereign brings together structural analysis, practical institutional design, and peer interrogation to create leaders who are not only principled, but architecturally strong. To find out more about the project, visit our webpage.

Whether you’re actively considering applying or simply want to learn more, you’re warmly welcome to join this online information session.

Materials from the workshops can be shared with attendees after each session. By registering for a ticket, you opt into the BSWN newsletter and give permission to be contacted regarding our future programme of events, programmes and opportunities.
